Sponsoring spouse from outside

Dear all who were lucky to be re united with their significant others. I want to know that I want to apply for my economic immigration under EE now. I m getting married next year and before I live in Canada I want to live with her outside Canada and put her application in process.

I mean I do the landing, come back, marry in next 3 months, live with her and at the same time apply for her PR. Is that possible or this previlage is only given to Canadian citizens?

No - it won't be possible Yes - this privilege is reserved for Canadian citizens.

You must be living in Canada in order to sponsor your spouse.
