I am interested in knowing about requirements to sponsor Married sisters who are independent from Parents and have kids. They are above 18 so what's the best option ? I have been told about provincial programs but not certain on what's the reality ??

Unless you are a Canadian citizen who has no family or relatives in Canada, you cannot sponsor your married sisters.
They will have to immigrate on their own - as you mentioned either by a provincial or federal programs. Many programs will give them extra points for having a 1st degree relative in Canada.
