sponsoring parents with dependent

Hello Everybody, I really like this forum where we good wealth of info and help related to immigration forum.
I also have a question, I would like to sponsor my parents, my younger brother is 21 years old and just completed graduation and is dependent on my parents.

Can I add his name as dependent in the application ? since he has already completed grauduation and wait time is 5 years in total for parents application, I was wondering if it would be appropreate to include my brother in the application ??

would appreciate your help....

If you apply before he turns 22, his age is locked in and he will stay a dependent child until the processing is complete as long as he does not get married or enter a common law relationship.

If he is older than 22 when you apply, he can only be considered a dependent child as long as he is a full time student since before age 22 and stays a full time student as well as single until processing is complete.
