Hi, I am sponsoring my parents and my youngest sibling is 22 years old. She is fully dependent on my parents and is currently attending full-time school. So my question is, while sponsoring my parents, do I add her to the application since she's dependent on my parents? OR do not add her? I am unable to find a firm answer on cic website... any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

At this time your sibiling cannot be included in your parents' application and does not fit the category of a dependent. These rules were changed back in 2014:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/media/notices/2014-06-23.asp

The Liberals have said they would be reversing this rule. But this hasn't happened yet and we don't know when / if it will. Until the rules changes, your sister cannot be included in the application.
