Hello,

You need to show last 3 years of your tax returns to sponsor your family. Moreover they have changed rules starting this year to lottery system.

I hope thus helps

How long has your fiancee lived/worked in Canada? Does she already meet the 3 years income requirements? If so you can use her as a co-signer to possibly apply to lottery in 2018.

Else if you are starting from scratch for qualifying income, it will probably be around year 2022 or so until you qualify.
