Sponsoring only my mother, received a med exam for my father

hi guys , there is a case needed help. I am sponsoring my Mother to Canada. Only my mother because my father was very ill when I started the application. My father passed away three month ago. No I received a med exam for my father. What can I do?how I let CIC know this situation?

You should have sent IRCC an update when your father passed away. Send a copy of the death certificate by Webform.
