Hi,

I am a Canadian living and working in London UK for past 15 years. I initially immigrated with my parents to Montreal 20 years ago and obtained my citizenship then. We got married nearly two years ago in Europe. Both of us have postgraduate education (UK) and earn well above average in London, UK.

Question: will I be restricted to apply for Quebec immigration or can I chose any other province?

You can choose any province.

If you don't reside in Canada at the time of the application, you'll have to prove your intention of moving there. So having ties to a particular place might help.
