Hello everyone!

I am Canadian by birth but I raised in Costa Rica, got Married there and my daughter was born there also. We are working on moving the whole family to Canada the situation is that my wife was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis and we know that this might affect the process although the medical inadmissibility doesn't apply for a spousal sponsorship we need a legal representation to clearly highlight the part of the law that indicates that and create a good cover letter so she won't be denied.
I moved back to Montreal alone 3 months ago and I am already employed... The thing is that I have gone to different lawyers and they don't give me the opportunity to pay them back in instalments, they want all their fees right away or some of them ask for the half first and the other half a month after and unfortunately I can't affort it at the moment in thar way. Does everyone knows about a lawyers that can work to pay her/him back by doing a payment arrangements?

I'm not sure why you are bothering with a lawyer to be honest. Your case is straight-forward. Spouses cannot be denied for having a condition that places a burden on the medical system. Your wife may have to go through some additional tests - however she cannot be denied for medical reasons. I think a lawyer will be a waste of money.

EDIT: You don't need to highlight IRCC's own rules to them. They know them better than you do. We've seen people approved here whose spouses are actively going through cancer treatment. Again, I think a lawyer is a complete waste of money in your case. But obviously your choice.

Completely agree with scylla. Zero point in wasting your money on a lawyer to highlight Excessive Demand Exempt to IRCC. They are well aware of it and will not deny your wife because of her medical condition.

Hello! Thanks for your swift response. As a matter if fact I am not worried about the Federal Gouverment desicion. What concerns me is the Quebec's government stuff that I know that it's a pain in the a$!.. But would you think that if I do

Quebec has nothing to do with the medical side of immigration. You are worrying for nothing.
