Sponsoring my to-be spouse

Hi

I am currently working in Canada on an Employer Locked work permit, which is valid till August 2020. I am going back to India in July to get married. I need to know if and how can I sponsor/make my spouse come here after our marriage and what exactly I need to do!

Any help/suggestions will be appreciated.

You cannot sponsor your spouse since you aren't a PR.

However, once you're married, your spouse can apply for a Spousal Open Work Permit and a TRV. Assuming the SOWP is approved, they will get a visa to come to Canada and can stay with you and work if they want to.
