Hi all,
I'm a permanent resident of Canada, i have been in a long distance relationship with a guy for a long time and we planned to get married. Last year, i went to visit him and i came back to Canada pregnant for him. Now that i have given birth, i want to go back to my country of origin where he is for us to get married so that i can sponsor him. My question is, does he need to do DNA test to prove that he is the biological father of our baby as part of the documents needed to process the sponsorship application? Thanks!

No. You just need to be legally married.

For sponsorship you only need to be married but you should contact wherever it is that handles the birth registrations in your province to get the forms to add the fathers name to the birth registration so that it will show his name as well on the birth certificate.
