I have my father visiting me in Canada from India. He does not have any other relative alive to care for him other than me. He is 80 yrs old and is suffering from dementia which I only noticed after he came to visit me! Can I get PR for him so that I can take care of him in Canada? What should I do? I hope someone can guide me in this matter.

not sure about the actual details but talk to a lawyer under humanatarian thing may be he can help. They could always tell you to get super visa, but have a lawyer give you professional advice.Padappai said:

Unlikely to see reply from OP. OP hadn't post anything since May 2016. All posts were about him wanting to apply H&C for his dad.
