Sponsoring my dependant child and my partner

I am Canadian citizen living in Canada.
I have a dependant child I want to bring to Canada.
Also I have a common-law partner I'd like to sponsor, he lives with me in Canada.

Can I sponsor both of them? Can I do it at the same time?

Assuming the child was born before you became a citizen and therefore is not a citizen, was the child fully included in your PR app?

You can sponsor them both. However, as your child is not a dependent of your partner, you will need to submit 2 separate sponsorship applications.

No. The apps have nothing to do with each other. You can submit either app whenever you want.
