Sponsoring My Brother

Hi I am a Canadian Citizen with spouse and Son(Both are Canadian citizen). I want to sponsor my elder brother 59 years old . He lived in US with Work Permit for 20 years (1996-2017). now residing in back home India and alone.
He is a Civil Engineer in profession and got 20 years of continuous US experience.
I would like to know if I am eligible to sponsor him in Canada or any other option left for him to be immigrated in Canada.

There is no sibling sponsorship and given his age, he is unlikely to qualify to immigrate but he can certainly look into it. https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada.html
