Okay so besides having printed pages in front of me and about 6 tabs open in my Safari page, I don't know how else to understand how to FILL THESE BLASTED PDF FORMS OUT!!!
Help please.
In IMM5481E from numbers 4-6. It;s JUST me and my husband. Is that 2 people total?? And then in IMM0008 it sas enter how many tht are in box #3... But where it says enter my spouse is number 5. Maybe they could be a little more clear and less 'rip you hair out' confusing.
