Sponsoring Common law while on PGWP

Hey there, I am currently on my PGWP and want to sponsor my common law. She is currently a student but wants to drop out so I am wondering if I can sponsor her for a work permit

1) What is the process

2) can she start working as soon as she applies or does she has to wait for an answer

Do you have a job classified as NOC A,B or 0 and at least 3 payslips ?

I just started my PGWP in December, started working with the government this month.

Do you have a lot of evidence that you are common law? Shared lease? Utility bills in both your names? Mail in both your names from the beginning of the common law period. Once you have 3 pay stubs and a job in NOC 0, A or B she can apply. She can’t work until she gets approval.

2. Until the work permit is approved, she must abide by the rules of her study permit and continue her studies.
