Is my fiancee allow to apply for spouse sponsorship to Canada, while I wait for my 3 years duration to get my US citizenship? If yes, what documents will I need to provide? And how long is the process? Thank you.

I know another couple, her husband was mexican with no status in the US, he is in the process of getting his green card, aswell he just received his PR from canada. so it is definatly possible to apply for both at the same time, even without status.
are you wondering which documents you need for the green card or for the canadian PR?
That depends, what visa office would you be going through? The list of offices and approximate processing times for each is found here:Trevin said:Thank you. I was wondering for the Canadian PR.
Also, How long does it take to get my Canadian PR if we apply outside of Canada? We have been researching and we found answers ranging from 1-3 years
Thank you. My fiancee has bank account in Canada and maybe buy a property. What other proofs would be concrete?scylla said:Note that to be approved for Canadian PR, your wife will have to show concrete proof that both of you plan to live in Canada once your PR is approved.
I meant to say I live in the US and when I become a green card holder. What documents do i need to give or provide when we apply outside of Canada?Trevin said:Thank you. My fiancee has bank account in Canada and maybe buy a property. What other proofs would be concrete?
