Sponsoring a sister...

My uncle is planning to sponsor her sister. He is very stable and a canadian citizen. May i know what are the steps to make and what are the requirements? Thanks!

Unfortunately he can't sponsor his sister. This would only be possible if he had no family in Canada.

Thanks for the reply... I think i made a mistake. Not to sponsor but he just wanted to invite the sister as a tourist...
