If you continue to click the link you posted, you can see that your 2 options are:

Option 1: orphaned close relatives

Option 2: other relative
You may sponsor one relative, related by blood or adoption, of any age if you meet all of the conditions, including:

So is your sister under 18 and is an orphan? -> option 1.
If not, you need to be single, have no children and have NO living parent (or grand parent) and no relatives that's PR or Canadian citizen.

yeah i did see that and option 2 is more relatable to me but its kinda confusing. i do have living parents and also an aunt who is a canadian citizen. can I still sponsor my sister or not?

Unfortunately, your parents being alive and your Canadian citizen aunt will make it impossible for you to sponsor your sister.
