Hi all!
A couple questions if I may =)
The instructions are a bit confusing. My wife is applying for Canadian Citizenship and we also want to sponsor her child. They have been permanent residents for several years.
As I got through the forms it seems to me that my wife must be a Citizen first before we can apply for her daughter. Is that correct?
I ask because it seems to ask for proof of citizenship from the parent.
The other question is it asks for a photocopy of the passport which is fine, but then in another question it asks for a photocopy of their ID, but a permanent resident card is not accepted. I am wondering if that's the passport again?
