Hello

Can a PR sponsor his special needs brother (over 25) who can't take care of himself?

Best Regards

The short answer is that you most likely can't.

Do you have a spouse or common law partner and/or children? Are both or at least one of your parents still alive? Do you have any other family in Canada?

I have a spouse with me in Canada, no children

I want to sponsor my brother along with the sponsorship of my mother. Will be be feasible and how do u think it is achievable?

You would need to qualify to sponsor your mother and include your brother as a dependent in the application. It's hard to comment on how achievable this is since it's dependent on your brother's condition, if Canada believes he may be a burden to health care / social care systems and other factors.

You will need to wait until the parent sponsorship program reopens and will need to make sure you have enough income to cover your own family as well as your mother and brother.
