could you please help me with question 4 and 5, Did you give your sponsor any gifts? I would like to know can I write it on a separate sheet of paper because I don't have enough space, even if It doesn't say that I can use separate sheet?

you can use extra sheets to explain ANY question on the form. you don't need "permission" to do so. there are some questions that suggest extra pages because they are the questions that are most commonly longer answers. if you need more room, just reference that fact on the application and include a detailed response on another piece of paper.
