Sponsored parents since 2006 papers reached Damascus in August 2009 then Beirut

I am new to this website
However, I sponsored my parents back in December 2006
They were approved in Canada in July 2009
Then my application was received in Damascus in August 2009
Then transferred to Beirut on feb 22, 2012
My parents were contacted from Beirut Aug 2012
They did their medical exams and they asked for their passports
Then in October they asked for more papers for my brother and sister
I haven't heard anything since then
Please if your situation is similar let me know
