Only under one of two possible circumstances.
1) You already have a work permit and an inland application with an additional open work permit application has been submitted.
2) You find a way to legally apply for a work permit based on a job offer + LMO.
However, reading between the lines of your post, it seems unlikely that 1) applied, so unless you can make 2) happen, the answer is no.
