I have applied for my spouse in India(sponsoring him outside of canada). His file was received in Mississauga on April 5,2018. His file is in India now, criminality check is done, currently they are on info sharing status. My question is what is the average time, I can expect him to get visa and his Immigration.

Outland applications are taking anywhere between 10-12 months, so I would say end of Feb, if all goes well. Good luck

BEST guess by the end of this year or FEB he will be here. It takes up to 12 months but less complicated cases take lesser times anywhere from 5 months to 9 months only. Cheers

I got LATEST info for those who applied for outland SYDNEY CPC:- Sydney is currently processing 24th JULY Confirmed. But again every file/every desk is different. Some files are still stacked in heavy loads due to transfer from Mississauga to Sydney CPC so you never know whose turn will be next for getting a file number or AOR1. SO lets wait and see.
