Hey everyone! It's been awhile since I've posted. We are finishing up forms/evidence today and hopefully sending tomorrow and if not, this week for sure.
Our basic information: Sponsoring spouse, Principal Applicant is from the US, Sponsor lives in Quebec. I am currently visiting on a 1 year visitor extenion.
I have a question about question #12 on the Sponsor Questionnaire.
It asks: Are you living with someone? Yes or No
I know that CIC sees "living" differently than border officers. I would never use the word "living" with the border if I was just visiting.
But I know CIC just wants background and all that, so they're not too worried about it. And I will probably include a photocopy of my visitor extension and write a note explaining I'm here for a year.
So should I check "YES" that my husband (sponsor) is living with someone: me (principal applicant)
Thanks for any help!
