Hi im new in canada..i wants to marry someone in my back home.. I have my PR CARD. I came on 5 aug 2017.. Im allow to go back home ??? N when i will be back can i sponsor my partner?? N how long it will take?? Aur what will be the procedure??

As a PR of Canada, you are allowed to leave and come back, so long as you meet your Residency Obligation.

If you want to sponsor a romantic partner, you must live in Canada as you do so. As a PR, you cannot sponsor someone unless you are in Canada.

How long it takes depends on various things - where you're from, which office it's assigned to, who the case officer is, if there's anything wrong with your application, etc etc.

The procedure is at https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...mily-sponsorship/spouse-partner-children.html

Before you moved to Canada, had you ever lived together with your partner for 1 year?

I would anticipate that it will take at least a year to sponsor a spouse. As mentioned you will need to be in Canada during the process.

But did you ever actually live together in the same home with him?

And how exactly did you get your own PR status?
If you had lived together 1 year, did you declare him on your own PR application?
