Sponsor parents - Interest to Sponsor Web Form

Hi friends,
So I filled in the Interest to Sponsor Web Form online, came to the bottom of the form, there is a button called SIGN. I filled in my name in the cell called Signature which is above SIGN. Then I clicked SIGN, but nothing happened. Clicked a few times, still nothing. So I just clicked SUBMIT. Anyone has the same experience? Thank you for your help!

It's been so long that I forgot. But you can see from this:

There is actually a visual difference. The submit button turns dark blue (it is not clickable prior to you clicking sign button). Basically, you can not submit the form without signing it.

I hope you did save or copy down your confirmation number after you submit.
And there is no confirmation email. None of us get any email so far.
