Sponsor or Principal Applicant: Country Specific Requirements

Hello Everyone,

I have a question about this page: https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/spouse.asp

There's a question there about other countries: Do you need to submit documents issued by another country?

I'm just wondering if they're asking about countries for the sponsor or the principal applicant? My understanding is that this refers to the principal applicant only, so I should only list the principal applicant's countries here. Is that correct?
