ok so.. ive had a tourist visa for 5 years. always going in and out of the country. never worked or study illegally. thankfully i am financial independant so i was able to do whatever i wanted.
i met my boyfriend, a year ago.. my visa expired sept 2017.. bad decision making i guess i decided to stay becuase i didnt want to leave him.. all of a sudden its a year later and i am still here.
we want to get married, weve been living together since june 2018.. and he wants to sponsor me.
i have a few question, will the non status ruin my application and how hard will this be? im scared i will be asked to leave the country..

i was also looking through all the applications , and the on the first application "generic application for canada" they ask for the CSQ and what date u applied.. i thought you couldnt apply for this until the sponsor application was approve so im confused. do i leaved it blank?

Are you applying to live in Quebec?

Being not in status may complicate things. For example, you won't be eligible for an OWP. But it isn't necessarily fatal.

i dont really care about the OWP...

and yes it is in Quebec.
i mean we are in a legitimate relationship and can def prove it.

Unless you marry, you can't be sponsored until the middle of next year as common-law partners. All that time, you will be at risk of removal from Canada. An inland sponsorship aapplication may offer a tiny amount of protection but not prevent it.
