He got married in 2014 and he sponsored his ex for PR application in 2015. However, their marriage was broken and they’re separated in 2018 (not living together anymore).
He is not divorced, and don't have a divorce in progress in court either. He've been only separated.
We are ready to write an explanation about his marriage and why didn’t get divorced. We upload his Will and power of Attorney as I’m beneficiary and Attorney.
Is it enough to provide they’re separated?
