just realized.

I only put the last 4 years of employment instead of 5 (not sure why) on the sponsor employment history. what's the best way to solve this?? send in an additional letter? wait for them to notice and ask? is this something that would get the application returned as incomplete or refused?

is it okay to send in an explanation via the IRCC web form? anyone have any experience with this?

If you do not provide them with something they asked for, chances of application being returned will always linger. Yes you can use webform to send in the corrected version of the form but it will be hard for them to find your application if you do not have a UCI or file number for your current application. In this scenario you use your Receipt Number that you got when you paid your application fees, along with sponsor and Pa details on webform to send them the corrected forms. Its a hit or miss situation though. Has worked for some in the past so worth the try.

UPDATE i talked with cic, it makes the most sense this early to withdraw and submit a new application. Thanks!
