Sponsor employment history and validation

Hello everyone,

I am having trouble validating my sponsor employment history. I get a red box around the dates when i enter them in seemingly because one date will start when another date ends in the same month. Unless i move all my employment history a month a head of each other to keep the from/to dates different i can not properly validate the boxes.

Has anyone had similar problems or know what to do in my case?
