Sponsor Cousin brother from INDIA

Hello,

I need some inputs on whether i am eligible to sponsor by cousin brother or not. I am Canadian Citizen and my wife is PR. My brother is in indian and is married as well and have a business in delhi.

Is there a way i can sponsor him because he doesn't qualify for skilled labor.

Please suggest.

No, you definitely don't qualify to sponsor him.

He must qualify and apply for immigration independently.
