Sponsor common in law

I'm Permanent Residence of Canada. I have decided to go back to my home country and get married with my common law partner and stay there for 5 months. We have been together since many years ago until last Oct that I landed to Canada. My question is can I file the common law sponsorship now that I'm physically in Canada befor I leave the country for my marriage in 4 months to save the time! As I have PR I have to apply within Canada.

As answered in your previous thread, you must be living in Canada while the PR application is being processed since you are a PR yourself. You can take a short trip outside of Canada while the application is being processed (2-3 weeks). Five months is far too long and you should assume it will result in the application being refused for failing to meet the requirement to be living in Canada. You will need to wait until you are back in Canada after your five month visit before you can submit the sponsorship application.

Additionally - I assume you declared your common law partner in your PR application and your partner was medically examined as part of this process.
