The number of days (or months for Inland) can go up and down, it seems to depend on their case load, and also major holidays (I think we had a slow down during the winter holiday season that put it at 85 days, but it seems to have gotten a little faster since then).

Also, when you click on "View by visa office" please be aware that the visa office is not always what you would first assume.

For example, US PR applicants do not generally get processed by Los Angeles OR New York, but by CPC-Ottawa. They only seem to go to the LA/NY office if the case appears more complicated and needs more work, but most of the straightforward US-Canada cases just get done by Ottawa without being sent to LA/NY.
