Hi, as the subject states I received my sponsor approval email but they didn't request the CSQ. I am a quebecker living abroad. Should I be proactive and submit the CSQ application or just wait?

In Form 1344, it asks whether you plan to live in Quebec or another province when you return to Canada with your spouse. If you answered Quebec, CIC should have told you to apply for a CSQ. If you do plan to live in Quebec, I would contact the call centre before doing anything.

Yes, I would call in this circumstance. If it's an error, as it appears to be, this will give them a chance to make any corrections to your file that they need to make, or transmit the right information to the Quebec immigration ministry.berbu said:
I called and it turns out I didn't get the request because there is no quebec address in my application because I am living abroad... So i sent an email to Mississauga with my parent's address. Should do the trick, I hope...
