sponsor application which box

I just started filling out the sponsorship form and it says ..sorry don't have the form in front of me , but goes like this ... If you do not qualify refund of money less $75.00 , if not approved , do you want us to proceed with sponsorship.. have ticked crossed out each box several times .Which box is better to tick ..

Sorry left form in office and couldn't find how to post till now .Newbies what we like ..

It's up to you, but most people say NOT to proceed. The reasons are this:-

1) If your sponsor is not approved, then the full application is likely to be refused anyway.
2) It's quicker to have the application stopped at stage 1, which you can then fix and resubmit.

The only reason that you might wish to proceed is if you are invoking an H&C component to the application, to overcome the ineligibility of the sponsor.
