Hi everyone.i really need your help. We came as immigrant here in canada last nov 2012. Is there a cmacr that my parents can sponsor my brother from Philippines?or can i ory sister sponsor my brother?

Your question isn't very clear. How old is your brother? Was he included in the application for PR when your family applied to come to Canada? Do you and your parents have PR now?

My brother is 35 years old and he's not included in petition before and yes we pr here already.

Unfortunately your brother cannot be sponsored through Family Class (either by you or your parents). If he wishes to immigrate he will have to qualify on his own.

Just curious here. Since the OP didn't include the brother in the petition according to the OP's post, i'm assuming the OP meant that they didn't include the brother in the original PR papers.

If this was the case, did they just misrepresented themselves by not declaring all siblings in the application?

If the OP meant that the brother was listed as non-accompanying dependent, then it is too late to sponsor the brother.

As the brother is 35, I don't think it really matters as he wouldn't have been eligible even under the original application, nor would he have had to take a medical test.

Agreed. I think the brother was too old to be included in the orignal application (looks like the OP only landed a couple of years ago). He was likely correctly excluded due to age and there was likely no misrepresentation.

You guys are correct. The age of the brother eluded my thought at time of writing the post. So the brother was not even considered a dependent at the time of the original PR landing.
