hi quick question i think i can not . but anyways forum is for question right ? lol
i just got my P.R. , i want bring my brother and is family to canada. Can i aply and sponsor him and is family without be a canadian citizen (my wife shes canadian ) ?
and what are the other options for him come to canada ?
workvisa ? how that thing works ? do i find same company who hire him and they take care of that ? . is a fireman but he will do anything , cleanning , construction ... what ever ..

guys have no ideia what to do i just wish help him .

No - unfortunately you can't sponsor your brother through the Federal family class program - and neither can your wife. As zardoz suggested, have him do the online test to see if he qualifies for the Federal Skilled Worker program or one of the provincial programs.
 
u cant sponsor him , tell him to take a skilled trade and alberta will be happy to take him
