Sponsor a brother of over 18 years of age

Hi,
The note regarding sponsorship of relatives is quite confusing in CIC website so I would like to get your inputs.
I'm single and both my parents are deceased. I only have one sibling (brother) that I really wanted to sponsor. I am a resident already and papers for citizenship is on its way. The thing is, my brother is over 18 and have family of his own, a wife and a son. Is there any way that I can sponsor my brother considering the facts given about me and my brother. I am employed full time and have no known relatives here in Toronto.
Any inputs is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Do you have any family or relatives anywhere in Canada?

You can sponsor him regardless of age since you do fall under the "not married, no relatives living in Canada" exception.

Just be aware that you cannot get married or even live with a partner for 365 days together (common law) during the entire process. Also don't get anybody pregnant planned or unplanned either.

Once your baby come into the picture or get married, you no longer qualified to sponsor your brother and his family and the PR sponsorship will get tossed out.
