I am a Canadian and my husband received his PR card and moved here last June, 2012. He has 2 daughters in Nicaragua (11 and 14 years old) and we would like to sponsor them to come to live with us.
They were examined at the time we did his PR but chose not to immigrate them at that time.
I have some questions:
1. Which fees do we pay for the PR??? I am not sure if it is $475 and then $75 for the second girl. Or is it the $74 and $150?
2. I noticed that Mexico is handling PR for Nicaragua. If so is the processing the 12 months (Mexico's time)?
3. Will we have to send in all the certified copies again? Ask because that is the expensive part!
Thanks

the fees would be 75+150=225

the current processing time for Mexico is 14 months but usually with children it is alittle faster as they don't have much of a background to run

if it asks for certified copies, then yes.

Other question:
Do we have to send proof of relationship to his daughters (other then birth certificate), such as photos and e-mails between them???

No, Birth Certificates is all he needs. something from Mom saying she is ok with their daughters immigrating to Canada.
