hello from turkey!!ı am canadıan cıtızen and ı want to sponsor my husband who ıs turkısh...now we lıve ın ıstanbul....ı started to collect some papers provıng we lıve together...but ı have some questıons for the applıcatıons....especaılla wıth the guıde 3911 ı cant understand exactly what they want from hım...ınsıde ıt refers an offıce ın ıslamabad .........for vısa...ı know hıs papers wıll go to Ankara for check....and ı have one more questıon...we want to declare at the ımmıgratıon that some people know us...so o thought maybe we can make a declaratıon....but how exactly ıt can be?wrıtten ın turkısh and later translated and confırmed by a polıce offıcer maybe? wrıtten ın turkısh and we go at a polıce statıon and they stamp ıt?and later translated?hmm and about the translatıons ı have one more questıon:we take our papers and we go at a tranlatıon offıce?and later at a notary?they must put a specıfıc stamp wrıtıng canada?really ı am mıxed ıf someone dıd same procedure from turkey ı wısh he/she could help me a lıttle
