sponsership for persons PR in the past

Does it matters if you were Canadian PR in the past , (but not anymore, as in my case it got cancelled when I applied for a travel document)
when you apply for permanent residence again through sponsership by parents for a dependent child ?????

No, having lost PR status previously doesn't prevent you from getting it again, as long as you qualify.
