multipel visa is just a temporary resident visa,you CAN NOT turn it to work visa without LMIA,and 11000$ each one is too expensive, you can afford the cost of study at all.

You must be able to show at least $25000 for on of you to study. It is also impossible to work part--time the first year to pay for all the costs the for your 2nd year of schooling. Don't give any $11000 for a TRV application. You can fill out the forms yourself and the person can't guarantee that you will be approved to visit Canada. Given your level of funds it will likely not be approved. A visitor can't easily change their status to worker upon arrival.
