Can anyone tell me what im responcible for my spouce I sponcered.i worry about his dedt.we are sepperated and he may get kicked back to usa what about his dept will they come after me

If your spouse required welfare during his first three years since landing as a PR then you would be responsible for this as when you sponsored him you undertook an agreement to financially support him during this period. In terms of others debts it depends what those are. If they are solely in his name such as a car, mortgage etc then they should not pursue you, however if you have property, goods etc that you both signed a financial agreement for then you have joint and several liability. That means that if they could not find one party they would pursue the other for the debt.
