Hi Friends,

i just notice that on my marriage certificate my wife surname spelling is wrong ( "N" is missing in Servant she's sponsor) My in Law surname is proper like Servant and on other all papers spellings is Proper just in her surname it's n is missing.

So my Q. is this Govt. mistake can make problem for me? or it's ignorable or what i do regarding this.

Thanks and Regards

Did you sent your application already?
If yes: contact whoever issued the certificate, ask them to correct it and then contact CIC explain and send the correct one (eventually it will save you time, as nobody knows what's on their minds =))
If no: do step one and send in the correct copy to avoid complications.

Cheers, Raccoon =))

Hello,
ask the embassy, not the court =)) they are supposed to do things like that (Russian does it).
Good luck, Raccoon
