Speeding Ticket

Hi Guys

My application under spouse category is under process in CIC. When I was in New Zealand, I had been given a speed ticket in 2010 ( exceeded 100km/h posted speed limit ) and I paid it next day. I did not declare it in CIC forms as I thought it's not a criminal offence. Will it make me inadmisssible to Canada?

The limit was 100km/h and I was driving at 120km/h

That is not a criminal offense and has zero impact on a PR application.
