Hi,
I have 6 point for speeding, does this have to be entered on the BACKGROUND / DECLARATION as part of the

been convicted of, or are you currently charged
with, on trial for, or party to a crime or offence,
or subject of any criminal proceedings in any
country?

Question?

Cheers

Did you appear before your local sheriff court and charged for this speeding? well, my own opinion is; I dont think speeding will exempt you from getting a PR in Canada, as long as you do not misrepresent any information you supply CIC london, tell them everything. Good luck

No sheriff's in UK. I don't think speeding would show on your PCC. Only with DVLA.
Just tell them to be on the safe side.

Let's see what other UK guy's have to say.
