Hello, I was about to apply for immigration canada - skilled worker class, but I followed the following link: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-who-instructions.asp#list
there was no specialty for me, me is a computer network admin., IT Manager

does that mean I'm not eligible??

Yes, the rules have been changed recently.....

And IT managers are not in the list anymore...
