Specialist Knowledge visa processing time

Hi all,

I am moving to Canada from the UK through an intra company transfer, and the immigration attorney is recommending a specialist knowledge visa, and we will be sponsoring my partner too.

Does anyone know how long the processing time is for these types of visa?

Read through discussions in the Foreign Workers section of the forum to get a feel for processing times.

Overall, things are taking longer right now due to COVID and it's difficult to predict processing times. I would could on several months for the work permit to be processed.

Anywhere from a few weeks to several months.
